feat(igla): Wave Loop 405 — flash-boot cold-POR smoke gate - #1312

- Add --flash-boot to tri fpga smoke-gate; implies --require-cable. - Reuse the empirically-working cclk_sweep cold-POR path so the gate consistently reaches STAT=0x401079FC / DONE=HIGH on the Wukong 200T. - Return Vec<SweepResult> from cclk_sweep so callers can assert structurally. - Verified on bench: flash program+verify, cold-POR, boot_success. - Conformance suite 576/576 PASS, yosys smoke 56/0 PASS. This PR adds
--flash-boottotri fpga smoke-gate. When set, the gate programs the canonical bitstream to SPI flash, prompts for the documented cold-POR protocol, captures the FPGA STAT register without JTAG reset, and asserts the Lean 4boot_successpredicate.Key implementation note: the first attempt used a direct
program_flash+capture_statsequence and repeatedly returnedH2_CCLK_TIMING(STAT=0x5000190C) with identical operator actions. Reusing the empirically-workingcclk_sweepcold-POR path resolved the issue and now consistently reachesSTAT=0x401079FC/DONE=HIGHon the Wukong 200T.Verification:
