Сводка ключевых метрик по всем 83 форматам каталога, производная от SSOT (specs/numeric/formats_catalog.t27). SSOT НЕ тронут.

• numeric_formats_83_metrics.csv — машиночитаемая таблица
• build_metrics.py — генератор из SSOT

Honesty

• Каталог = 83 формата (не 84; расхождение с arXiv:2606.09686 = erratum).
• Тиры HW: decode-HW 4/83, compute-HW 2/83 (E/C), SW-bitexact 62/83.

Draft — на ревью. Слияние только по явному подтверждению.
