0.103is pointing to older versions of express & hapi engines (0.14.0) which list angular2-universal0.102as a peerDependency causing install issues.Upgraded to latest versions:
"angular2-express-engine": "^0.14.2",
"angular2-hapi-engine": "^0.14.2"
Should fix #447
Also looks will fix the peerDependency CLI issue (angular/angular-cli#958),
but not the underlying
index.htmlbeing blank. (same issue here @ #445)
