Demo: collapsed issue rendering

Proposal

Why

This is a throwaway demo change, not real work — created to visually verify
that tighten-synced-issue-bodies (#153, merged) renders the way it was
designed to: title and task checklist visible by default, everything else
one click away.

Proposed Changes

• Nothing. This proposal exists only to give the renderer non-trivial
  content in every optional section — original ask, design notes,
  discoveries, tasks — so the collapsed sections aren't empty when viewed
  on GitHub.

Non-Goals

• Not a real change. Safe to close and delete once inspected.

Release Notes

N/A — demo only.

Original ask

Show me what a synced issue actually looks like now that Proposal, Original
ask, Design notes, and Discoveries render collapsed by default.

Design notes

Picked a throwaway demo change over reusing an existing archived one, so the
rendering could be inspected live on an open issue without touching real
change history.

Discoveries

Confirmed the redundant leading H1 is stripped from the collapsed Proposal
section — the issue title carries it instead.

Tasks

• 1. Sync this demo change to a real issue.
  Validation: issue renders with title + task checklist visible, other
  sections collapsed.

• 2. Inspect the rendered issue on GitHub, then close and delete it.
