M2e: frontend sign-in and tenant-scoped session (BR-36) #96
Description
Part of ART Milestone 2 (BR-36). Sign-in page in csv-table-hub-main (can reuse the parked page in draft PR #80), with the session token sent on every API call and a sign-out button.
Verified by: vitest for the auth flow and an e2e test that an unauthenticated user is redirected to sign-in.

Decided by the product owner on 26 Oct: sign-in is required in the browser. The shared API key is no longer built into the frontend; it stays for scripts and services only. The offline installer creates the first tenant admin. Local dev needs a tenant admin created once with
