Fixes #421

• Bot Social features in words. Settings → Bot Social and the Switch server check show Supports: typing as you, @mentions, online status instead of raw ids. An id FlyBot does not know is only counted ((+1 more)); every raw id stays in the line's tooltip.
• Harness settings says it leaves. The last Settings nav entry reads Harness settings ↗, with a tooltip/aria label saying it opens DeepSeek Harness's own settings in a separate window. Owner-delegated decision on Settings polish: raw Bot Social feature ids, Harness settings opens a second 'Settings' window, row gear shifts the layout (#274 remainder on own Bot row) #421: labelled, not embedded; FlyBot does not embed or retitle DSH's dialog (never patch DSH).
• Row gear never shifts the page. The gear on every wide Bot row (own Bots too, not only a friend's row in a tree item as in Friend's Bot settings sheet: Escape doesn't close it, sidebar stays shifted/clipped after opening, Remove this Bot sits in the Auto-send box #274) runs keepSidebarStill on focus and click: any sideways scroll a focus left on the row's ancestors or document.scrollingElement is put back, now and after the settings dialog opened.

Ran at tip 528af2e: TZ=UTC ARCH_DOCS_BASE=upstream/main npm run verify (green, Node 24). Not run: a live browser check of the gear shift (no browser pair this run), smoke test (no host change).
