Sidebar +: one short menu with Add friend / Accept invite / Copy invite link / Face-to-face group #131

Found in a two-instance UI retest of the social plugin (main e884312; source checked on 649bebe). Follow-up to #126 / #127, which did not give the owner the requested menu.

Observed

The sidebar + menu has 8 entries mixing core and social actions: New chat, Create new Bot, Create group chat, Face-to-face group, Add friend, Friend requests, Add Agent, Chief. There is no Accept invite and no Copy invite link entry. Add friend → Copy invite link takes 2 clicks. "Add friend" and "Friend requests" open the same panel.

Expected (owner requirement)

ONE short top-level + with the creation actions and: Add friend, Accept invite, Copy invite link, Face-to-face group. Short labels, no duplicates, copying the invite link in one click.

Check of #127

#127 did not add a separate social +. It registered extra rows into the core + menu through the flybot.new-chat.action slot (plugins/social/client.js: social-face-group, social-add-friend, social-friend-requests; the last two both call openAddFriend()). Core adds New chat / Create new Bot / Create group chat / Add Agent around them (core/client.js new-chat options, newChatActionRows). So what the tester saw matches the code: the menu is not wrong by accident, it just does not meet the requirement. "One-click copy" lives only inside the Add friend panel (data-flybot="mint-invite").

Repro

Click + in the sidebar on a fresh instance with the social plugin.

Likely fix

• Register Accept invite (opens the invite paste box directly) and Copy invite link (mints and copies, with a toast) as rows; drop Friend requests as a separate row (show requests as a badge/inline in Add friend or on the Friends section).
• Trim core-only rows that do not belong to the main flow (e.g. Add Agent when none exists; check the Chief row) or group the creation actions.
• Files: plugins/social/client.js slot registrations; core/client.js / core/src/client/flybot-registry.js newChatActionRows.

Product note: usability and simplicity are an explicit owner priority for this plugin: few buttons, short copy, short click paths. Please prefer removing or merging UI over adding more.
