Reproduce

Face room on SelfA1025 while alone (or before peer fully shows), Ark retest 2026-10-25:

  1. Start a new face room; observe the room header / member strip avatar for the sole member.

Expected

Local Chief (or person) avatar renders with the usual color/shape.

Actual

Blank gray placeholder avatar for the sole member on A.
