dotnet tool install --global wix pulled the latest major version (v7) by default, which introduced a mandatory Open Source Maintenance Fee EULA that blocks the tool from running until accepted. Pin to 5.0.2, which the installer.wxs was already authored against and predates that requirement, to keep the release pipeline free of external licensing dependencies. The first attempt at the MSI build (PR #4) failed in CI: `dotnet tool install --global wix` pulled WiX v7, which now requires accepting a paid "Open Source Maintenance Fee" EULA before the tool will run. Pins to 5.0.2 instead, matching what installer.wxs was authored against.
