Adds a WiX Toolset-based MSI installer (dist/windows/installer.wxs) alongside the existing portable ZeeCrypt.exe:

  • Per-user install (no admin required), Start Menu shortcut, .pcv file association
  • Manufacturer/publisher set to Teddy Jones
  • versioninfo.rc also gets a CompanyName field so the portable exe's file properties show the same

build-windows.yml now builds and publishes both ZeeCrypt.exe and ZeeCrypt-Installer.msi (each with a SHA-256 checksum) on every release.

Adds dist/windows/installer.wxs (WiX Toolset v5) defining a per-user
MSI installer: installs ZeeCrypt.exe under %LocalAppData%\Programs,
adds a Start Menu shortcut, registers the .pcv file association, and
lists Teddy Jones as Manufacturer/publisher. No admin privileges are
required to install, matching the existing "no admin needed" promise
in the README.

Wires the MSI build into build-windows.yml so every release publishes
both the portable ZeeCrypt.exe and ZeeCrypt-Installer.msi, each with a
published SHA-256 checksum. Also adds a CompanyName field to
versioninfo.rc so the portable exe's file properties show Teddy Jones
as the author too.
