Redesign Android daily keyboard surface

Goal

Restore a calm, familiar Android daily keyboard without losing Utterleaf's editing, terminal, privacy, or lifecycle behavior.

Changes

• replace the permanent two-row action wall plus separate suggestion row with one 48dp Tools/Edit/suggestion/Dictate strip
• replace the inert bottom-left slot with a real comma key and add a no-dead-gap geometry contract
• keep Emoji, draft/password manager, Extra Keys, Caps, number-row control, settings, alignment, layouts, accents, and compose reachable through the height-stable Tools hub
• preserve the minimal sensitive-field surface and update tests to exercise explicit disclosure
• record the clean-room FUTO behavioral-research boundary and current verification in the Android roadmap/plan

Verification

• affected emulator bundle: 76/76
• disclosure-transition emulator group: 24/24
• lint: 0 errors, 58 warnings
• fresh API 35 portrait render inspected; no bottom-left void or duplicate action row
• two complete 238-test emulator runs reached 237/238 with different live-fixture timing failures; each exact failed case passed immediately in isolation, and the second full run passed the first case. The plan records this without claiming a wholly green aggregate run.
