OBS audio transport can now feed local recognition before capture ends. This adds one explicit connect/Arm session with manual Stop, cancellation, narrow read-only compatibility checking and a compact view driven by injected actions. Separate audio mixes retain their common timeline; model output and preview memory stay bounded while the full transcript uses a private temporary journal.
Native session identity controls Start/End, preventing queued events from a previous OBS stream from affecting the current capture. Ordinary control loss after accepted PCM preserves a healthy audio pipe; identity/protocol failures remain terminal. Cancellation stays responsive and reports completion after requested cleanup.
The view is not wired into the application yet. Real OBS frontend/audio/load acceptance, mix/routing metadata, recorded-file timelines and separate native distribution review remain open in the implementation contract. This PR builds on #39 and does not publish or install a plugin.
Validation: 647 focused backend tests, 41 native Tk tests, 51 canonical native verification commands, the 24-command linked build and headless refusal smoke pass. Nine rendered states and the final source have independent review; all 443 recorded build/test hash comparisons match. Exact commands and remaining limits are recorded in the implementation contract. Desktop CI passed all five desktop jobs at a0ad377; release publication was skipped.
