- Delete asap-precompute-go/otlpfilter/ (collector-side sampling filter,
superseded by SDK-side row admission — see the sampling PR in this stack).
- Delete 25 stale June eval-8node result files/figures (report only fresh
runs going forward).
- Relocate design-asap-{otap-rust,telegraf,vector}-integration.md to
docs/dormant/ (no active integration work).
- Drop leftover countsketchmergeprocessor/countminsketchmergeprocessor/
kllmergeprocessor/ddsketchmergeprocessor/hllmergeprocessor gomod
references in 3 builder-config.yamls — the processor source itself was
already deleted by #509; this finishes that cleanup.
- A few doc-comment/gofmt-only touch-ups left behind by later work in this
stack (AllocateSampleRates wording, stale ADR reference, one gofmt fix).
Part of splitting #515 into a reviewable stack (cleanup → GOS → NitroSketch
sampling → eval/docs).
