Depend on seabirdscientific 3.0.0 from PyPI instead of the fork - #54

seabirdscientific 3.0.0 (released 2026-10-14) has every fix the fork's integration branch carried: the 911plus status bits (webbpinner/seabirdscientific#24), the TS contour grid (webbpinner/seabirdscientific#21) and potential_temperature (webbpinner/seabirdscientific#19). Replace the git direct reference with seabirdscientific >= 3.0.0 and drop hatch's allow-direct-references. The full suite, including the R2R parity tests, passes on 3.0.0, and the three validation filesets' SVGs are byte-identical to the fork's. The runtime workarounds for older versions stay. seabirdscientific 3.0.0 was released on PyPI on 2026-10-14 as a stable version, and it has every fix this project took from the fork's

status.py, the one-column contour grid fallback inplots.py) stay in place. With a>= 3.0.0floor they no longer run, so removing them can be a separate change.Verification
