Check visibility against the enclosing scroll viewport, not the screen height.
_checkVisibility pauses playback only when the player is fully above global y=0 or below MediaQuery.sizeOf(context).height. Both guide hosts put the player inside a clipped scroll view that is smaller than the screen:
- In
workout_flow_screen.dart, the guide opens in aFractionallySizedBox(heightFactor: 0.75)bottom sheet. ExerciseDetailsSheetalso scrolls its content.
Trigger: in either host, scroll the player above the sheet's top edge. The player then sits between y=0 and the sheet top. The sheet clips it, but the check still treats it as visible. The AnimationController keeps ticking, and every frame repaints a hidden CustomPaint. This also contradicts docs/features/exercise-guides.md, which says playback pauses when "the guide leaves the viewport".
Compare against the nearest Scrollable viewport bounds, and fall back to the screen bounds when the player has no Scrollable ancestor.

Change
Add offline movement illustrations for all 44 built-in exercises, available from exercise details and the active workout. Users can play/pause, restart, scrub through a repetition, and choose 0.5×, 1.0×, or 1.5× playback. Playback starts paused and stops when the guide leaves view, another route covers it, or the app backgrounds. Reduced motion preserves manual inspection; plank shows a static hold with breathing cues. Custom and unknown exercises show an unavailable state.
Six exact exercise variants also retain bundled instructions and optional curated Free Exercise DB photo references. Photos download individually or through Profile → Download all exercise guides (12 photos), with private offline caching, timeouts, and retry. Cached photos are excluded from workout backups.
The movement illustrations are simplified joint diagrams with equipment and target muscle highlights. They require no downloads or additional media dependencies.
