CLI: expose Postgres backup list, whoami, Kafka Glue schema registry and backup encryption config (follow-up to #1027) #1038

Description

@sdairs

The latest #1027 drift report adds findings that the existing stack (#1028 → #1035 → #1036) doesn't cover. A new library PR stacked on #1036 remediates them in clickhouse-cloud-api. This issue tracks the CLI side:

  • Postgres backups (beta): cloud postgres backup list <POSTGRES_ID> with --cursor/--limit. Backs postgresServiceBackupGetList.
  • Caller identity (beta): cloud auth whoami shows the user (and its organizations) or the API key behind the active credentials. Backs whoamiGet.
  • Kafka ClickPipes: a Kafka schema registry can now be a Confluent-compatible registry or an AWS Glue Schema Registry. cloud clickpipe create kafka gains a registry-type selector and Glue region/registry-name/role-ARN flags, and get output shows either variant.
  • Service create: --backup-encryption-config <PATH|-> passes the backup's encryption_config.json through verbatim when restoring a TDE backup (private preview). Valid only with --backup-id.

All with --json, read/write classification, request-builder, clap and wiremock subprocess coverage, and README updates.
