The rwa-yield-accuracy bench reports signed deviation (delivered - promised) in bps. Current values are all negative (-4 to -14 bps). The isInsufficient check filtered with r.ms.p50 > 0, excluding all negative values, so live.length === 0 triggered Insufficient samples on the homepage.
Fix: use Number.isFinite + !== 0 instead of > 0 so valid negative readings pass through.
