Root cause 2

reconstructGainsPositions was using Gains v5 action names (MarketOpened, LimitOrderExecuted) but the Gains v6 API returns TradeOpenedMarket / TradeOpenedLimit. So byId was always missing an open entry — every position was skipped — positions.length === 0 always.

Also handles TradePosSizeIncrease: when the position size grows, update the open event's size so the carry projection uses the latest notional.

Combined with the previous fix (PR #2189), still-open positions now use Date.now() as close time instead of being skipped.

Test

aToBSim.projectedCarry should now be populated for Gains→HL comparison wallets.
