Implement multiple windows example in Core #75

In ImGuiWindowBase.cs we try to create windows for each undocked tab. As stated in the comment in the file, that does not work out of the box. The MultipleWindows project does some clever tricks that enable us to do that.

Acceptance criteria:
The developer is able to use Core to open as many windows as they want.
