test(ios): stabilize friend nickname update coverage

• replace the nickname test’s fire-and-forget authentication plus fixed sleeps with a deterministic session fixture
• assert both the local nickname update and the synced friend snapshot
• prepare version 0.1.17 (build 132) for the replacement TestFlight candidate

• RED: post-merge run 32873725146 failed with authSessionMissing in AppStoreTests.testUpdateFriendNickname_UpdatesNickname
• xcodebuild build-for-testing passed with the updated test bundle
• bun run ci passed (54 backend files, 573 backend tests)
• local xctest launch was attempted twice on the same simulator and stopped after the repeated CoreSimulator test-host launch stall; hosted CI is the clean-runner verification gate
