动机

Cloud Agent 的默认 Node 可能低于 Vite+ 要求，三个 Astro 开发服务又默认争用 4321。这些约束不在 README 的日常命令里，后续代理容易装错运行时或把站点起在同一端口。

解决方案

在 AGENTS.md 增加 Cursor Cloud 说明：使用 .nvmrc 的 Node 24.21.0、初始化 hosting 子模块、为 root / blog / slides 分配 4321 / 4322 / 4323，并写明 vp check、vp run build 与当前没有测试文件时 vp test 的退出码。

环境安装脚本由 Cloud Agent 环境配置保存，不进入这个 PR。
