📝 docs: add blog authoring skill and clarify agent setup

动机

新增博文需要研究、正文、元数据、落盘和验证的完整流程，同时要清楚区分文章交付、个人文风与仓库格式规范的职责，避免重复维护或在改写时丢失技术含义。

解决方案

纳入 blog-writing skill 及 zrr.dev reference，覆盖来源核验、重复路由检查、草稿行为、素材与子模块处理、构建和交付边界。blog-writing 负责新增文章的完整流程，writing-style 负责个人文风与已有正文改写；格式和验证规则引用仓库权威文档。

写作时保持术语一致，并保留条件、否定、计数边界和不确定性。依赖仅在首次准备、发生变化或环境未就绪时安装。
