Build difficult systems. Make them useful.
I build AI execution infrastructure, production ML, and scientific software. My path runs from GPS/navigation and Android/Linux kernel work through computational physics, genomics, autonomous-driving perception, build systems, and secure agent sandboxes.
| Project | What it does |
|---|---|
| ForgeFS | Isolated, auditable workspaces for concurrent coding agents: when two agents publish over each other, the second one's work survives as a fork. Rust. Try it. |
| SWFactory | GitHub issues to reviewed pull requests with coding agents, Airflow, and human approval gates. Alpha. Run the demo. |
| What T2T changed | GRCh38 vs the telomere-to-telomere T2T-CHM13 human reference, chromosome by chromosome, computed as 24 sandbox shards. Results and caveats. |
