[Importer Request] MediaShare Importer

I would like to import files from the MediaShare module. During the import, the MediaShare virtual folder structure should be preserved, the physical folder structure should be ignored, media files should be copied into (a) new Media Module physical folder(s), and the media files should be renamed to match the media name given in the MediaShare database.
