Also add node-based unit tests for SSR APIs.
Remove libraries from benchmarks as comparison to css-modules baseline is what matters. This makes benchmark builds faster and will reduce how often people open PRs asking for their library to be included. Close #2210

…2851) The image-loading effect listed onError, onLoad, onLoadEnd, and onLoadStart in its dependency array. Passing inline handlers - new function identities on every parent render - made the effect re-run for an unchanged uri: the cleanup aborted the in-flight request, state was reset to LOADING, onLoadStart fired again, and the load restarted. A handler such as onLoadEnd={() => setLoading(false)} triggers a re-render and can loop this indefinitely, with the element never settling even though the browser has the image fully decoded. Read the handlers through a ref that is refreshed on every render, so the effect depends only on the uri while the handlers invoked are always the ones from the most recent render. Native Image is unaffected by handler identity, so this also aligns web behavior with native.

React Native 0.87 exposes AssetRegistry as a public API. This adds the missing export to React Native Web.

React Native Web ships both CJS and ESM builds. When both are loaded, each had its own registry array. Assets registered through one build were not found through the other. The registry is now stored on globalThis with Symbol.for, so both builds share it.
The registry from #2887 is stored on `global`. `global` is not defined in every browser environment. When it is missing, the module throws a ReferenceError when it loads, which also breaks Image. Use `globalThis` when it exists, then `global`, then `window`. Some browser targets (Chrome 49, Safari 10) do not have `globalThis`. If none of these exist, the registry is not shared between builds, but nothing throws. Add the `es2021` ESLint env so `globalThis` is a known global.
AssetRegistry is now exported by React Native Web. List it in the compatibility table.
