iOS: add session organization and project controls

Add session organization, display preferences and explicit project scopes on iPhone and iPad, using the existing Search and Options controls.

• Keep session search in the native Search tab on iPhone and the existing sidebar on iPad. Add optional project scopes and archive filtering; filter before applying the result limit.
• Group Recent by project or device, sort by last update or creation time, and choose which row details to show from Options.
• Restore preferences per account and organization, preserve open sessions and draft targets, and support project rename/delete with session counts in the confirmation.

The shared Rust projections are exposed to UIKit through UniFFI.

Validation: shared Rust tests passed (73 passed, 1 ignored). Selected native tests: iPhone 26 passed / 2 skipped; iPad 25 passed / 3 skipped across the suite and a targeted archive-search recheck.
