   不行，還是需要python或者其他程式語言啟動裡面編排好的檔案
   其實python算是比較好理解的程式語言，下載也不用花太多力氣

   可以直接使用上游 OpenCC 命令行工具：https://github.com/byvoid/OpenCC

   在 Windows 11 中，直接运行 「winget install BYVoid.OpenCC」 即可安装。
