Single-digit booleans not working as intended with "short-option-groups" set to false

With this configuration, single-digit booleans like -1 are still parsed.

It's an issue because I can't have that -1 passing into the ._ array of args while not using "short-option-groups".

There is special handling for numbers, with the assumption that it is more likely they are numbers than short options. There isn't a way to turn this off. Is this what you are asking about?

Ah, I am looking at unknown-options-as-args and now understand the problem.

The unknown-options-as-args code does not take short-option-groups into account.

Having a wild time working out what is going on and why.

-1 mostly gets treated as a negative number argument due to #44.

However, when short-option-groups: false then -1 is parsed using the same code as --1 and treated as an option rather than a negative number. I think that might be wrong. So initial problem unrelated to unknown-options-as-args.
