is_arm check fails when using remote cluster with different architecture #61

Description

@HacksonClark

The frontend service image for social network does not work on arm, so I made a change that uses an arm built image conditionally based on the users architecture:

    def deploy(self):
        """Deploy the Helm configurations."""
        if self.is_arm:
            # Update image to use arm build image
            if "extra_args" not in self.helm_configs:
                self.helm_configs["extra_args"] = []

            self.helm_configs["extra_args"].append("--set media-frontend.container.image=jacksonarthurclark/media-frontend")
            self.helm_configs["extra_args"].append("--set media-frontend.container.imageVersion=latest")

However, if you're using CloudLab (or any remote cluster) your CPU architecture will be different than the remote cluster so the wrong image will get pushed. We should update this to check the architecture of the remote node.
