Built-in vision functionality monopolizes camera

There should probably be a "None" pipeline type to allow teams to use the camera for custom vision processing or temporarily disable a camera for CPU purposes without needing to unplug it.

I see the Disable Vision buttons on the Settings page in the latest Beta 14 release. That still feels a little less intuitive than anywhere on the Cameras page, but given it's somewhat advanced functionality I think that's ok if there are technical reasons why it is easier to put there. There is a typo on the "Enable" button after disabling that should be corrected
