Please expose add_to_blog and new_role as fields in signup

Describe your use case and the problem you are facing

As an administrative task I'd like to be able to audit unactivated administrator accounts. I would also like to audit on a multisite basis.

Currently, because the value is stored in meta as part of a serialised string, I need to do additional processing on top of the wp-cli command to obtain these.

wp user signup --active=0 --fields=id,registered,user_login,meta --format=csv | grep administrator

Describe the solution you'd like

Please add blog_id and new_role as available fields that can be both queried and included in output.

• command to show inactive administrator signups

wp user signup --active=0 --new_role=administrator --fields=id,registered,user_login --format=csv

• command to show signups for a specific blog id

wp user signup --active=0 --blog_id=228
