Adds CI coverage for the WOLFBOOT_FIT_RAMDISK build paths by introducing an additional ZynqMP build variant that enables FIT_RAMDISK and sets a RAM disk load address.

zynqmp_sdcardwithFIT_RAMDISK=1. - Set
WOLFBOOT_LOAD_RAMDISK_ADDRESSin CI to exercise initrd-related code paths insrc/fdt.c.
