Rename
*_STABILITY_TAGto*_IMAGE_REVISIONin test environments and their Compose consumers, and document the variable naming. Existing image pins are preserved.Validation: compared resolved Docker Compose configurations before and after the rename; all test fixtures produce identical configurations, including image tags and build arguments. Diff checks pass.
