The .ico now carries 16, 24, 32, 48, 64, 128 and 256 px frames rendered from the macOS icon, so the exe, window, taskbar and Start menu shortcut match the Mac app. The Prefs header image is the same artwork at 256 px.

Replaces the Managed Users Cleanup app icon with new artwork matching the macOS app.
src/ManageUsers.App/Assets/ManageUsers.ico: multi-size icon (16, 24, 32, 48, 64, 128, 256 px). It is the exe ApplicationIcon, the window and taskbar icon, and the source of the Start menu shortcut icon.src/ManageUsers.App/Assets/ManageUsers.png: the Prefs header image, same artwork at 256 px.File names are unchanged, so no project or installer edits are needed. The command-line tool keeps its own icon.
