This new commands allow shallow cloning multiple repositories and checking out a single tag. This isn't really anything different from doing multiple `git clone` calls with the right options. But it provides symmetry when using git-sleipnir in CI (e.g when using `git-sleipnir clone` for snapshot builds and this new command for release builds).
