Clicking on an Icon placed in the `decorations` or `actions` slot of a Collapsible also toggles its `open` state

This is unfriendly, as I want my users to be able to click a command button without this also collapsing/expanding the Collapsible.

For now, just call the stopPropagation() on the click event, and later I'll come up with a better solution.

5e0011a seems to have fixed this for the actions slot but not for the decorations slot.
