I've encountered a few issues with bindings when deploying my Void project to Cloudflare:

Even with "database": "pg" set, the build still emits a D1 DB binding (database_id: "local") into dist/ssr/wrangler.json, so wrangler deploy fails with binding DB of type d1 must have a valid database_id [code: 10021].

My build emits DO bindings for the void/ws, but never writes the migration entry at all, so wrangler deploy fails with: Cannot create binding for class 'WsProjectProjectIdWs' because it is not currently configured to implement Durable Objects [code: 10061]
