Update libs to the latest versions, and use `python setup.py install` to correctly install everything.

Right now the config depends on copy pasting things, but this is not a good approach.

I would rather do

pip install package_name --user than

sudo pip install pyflakes pep8

This way if something goes wrong, I just remove ~/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages and start over again.

Maybe it was just me but I had massive issues with sudo pip install pyflakes pep8. Ended up blowing my /usr/lib/python2.7/. Had to run debsums and re-install quite a few package to get the system back in order. But this might just be my braindead mistakes.

Bottom line : I would rather have the config mess with ~/ than / (sudo should not be required)
