Add IPython example to github (2014-05-14)

• clone the sqlshare-python repository
• checkout a new branch "add-examples"
• create example subdirectory and upload the current SQLShare + IPython example
• push the branch to github
• submit a pull request, assigned to @dhalperi and write @billhowe 's user name in the description

made a new branch named "add-examples".

two new subdirectories one contains init file that contains the new html_wrapper method.
another subdirectory contains the ipnb sample for the new new method
