I uploaded a file to SQLshare using the following code:
macoconnor$ python singleupload.py /Volumes/web/scaphapoda/Yanouk/DecData/Mix54methratio_final.txt
When I tried to open the dataset in SQLshare I received an error "There was an error in loading your query"
I am wondering if the problem is because I didn't give the file a new name (-d option) and so the default name is was given was "/Volumes/web/scaphapoda/Yanouk/DecData/Mix54methratio_final.txt"
..I am retrying it with the -d option and naming it without the backslashes, but it takes awhile (2.96 GB) so I wanted to see if you thought that this was the real issue?
