Remove ojdbc drivers from download package and update documentation

Due to Oracle license restrictions we can't provide jdbc drivers and other Oracle-libs (e.g orai18n.jar) with our installation package.
We have to remove them and update the documentation and/or readme to instruct the user to download them.
