…tit#371), keep the first comment Upstream reimplemented the separate YouTube description, so this branch now carries only the first-comment-after-publish feature (YouTube + Instagram): dropped our meta.description rule, publisher override, editor textarea and duplicated test coverage in favor of upstream's, and grafted the first-comment field into the rewritten YouTubeSettings panel.

…ouTube descriptions (trypostit#371) Upstream now owns the separate Shorts description, so this branch keeps only its own additions on top: per-platform caption override, Facebook/Instagram location tag, YouTube title/tags/category/language/recording location, and video alt text. The publisher grafts those onto upstream's rewritten download/upload flow (recordingDetails extends the insert parts), and the editor panel adds its fields to the rewritten YouTubeSettings.

Verification
Known Minor Follow-up
Unicode-whitespace-only descriptions can have different fallback behavior between PHP trim and JavaScript trim: the browser preview may show content fallback while the publisher preserves whitespace. Independent review found no Critical or Important issues. Disabled/preview-only and indexed-error UI states were inspected statically, not directly exercised by the browser suite.
