Summary

Raise the default model HTTP headers and body timeouts from 60s to 2 minutes so slow first-token and idle stream responses are not dropped by undici.

Changes

  • Set DEFAULT_MODEL_HTTP_HEADERS_TIMEOUT_MS and DEFAULT_MODEL_HTTP_BODY_TIMEOUT_MS to 2 * 60 * 1000 in @truefoundry/trueforge-core
  • Align MODEL_HTTP_HEADERS_TIMEOUT_MS / MODEL_HTTP_BODY_TIMEOUT_MS config defaults and docs
  • Update packages/trueforge/.env.example example values
  • Add patch changeset for @truefoundry/trueforge and @truefoundry/trueforge-core

How was this tested?

  • Verified both default constants and config defaultValues resolve to 2 * 60 * 1000 (120000 ms)
  • Confirmed .env.example documents 120000

  • Docs / .env.example updated if configuration or behavior changed

Slow first-token and idle stream responses were still at risk under the
previous 60s undici defaults; align both MODEL_HTTP_* timeouts at 2m.
