Missing Claude batch token costs

Fuller Claude cost rows omit
input_cost_per_token_batchesandoutput_cost_per_token_batches. Catalog rules require those Anthropic batch fields on fuller Claude costs, and Bedrock exposes batch inference for this model, so batch usage is priced at on-demand rates.Triggered by learned rule: AWS Bedrock per-id metadata is not a sibling copy
