궤양성 대장염 환자들은 식사를 할 때 음식을 가려먹어야 한다는 사실을 알지만 어떤 음식을 먹어도 되는지 모르기 때문에 음식을 고르는데 많은 스트레스가 따릅니다. 저 역시 궤양성 대장염 환자로써 많은 스트레스를 받았기 때문에 그동안 필요하다고 생각한 기능들(식단표, 영양표, 조리법, 재료, 어디에 좋은지, 어디에 나쁜지)을 포함했으며 여러 논문과 병원들의 권고사항을 추가함으로써 안정성과 신뢰도를 높였습니다.
