phptt a.k.a php test tools

A from-scratch, memory-safe PHP engine written in Rust — built the same way the Bun team rewrote Bun in Rust: drive an AI with the original project's own test suite as the oracle, and watch the pass-rate climb in public.

PHP 8.5 reimplemented from scratch in Rust: bytecode VM, cycle-collecting GC, native mysqli/PDO. Runs the full WordPress core test suite at oracle parity on real MySQL, plus Composer, PHPUnit, Doctrine, Symfony. Current front: performance (WP suite ~1.77x the reference CPU).
