INFRA-COMPASS is a tool that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to create and maintain an inventory of state and local codes and ordinances applicable to energy infrastructure.
Pre-alpha offline CLI that checks CEQA filing packages (NOD, NOE) for objective, correctable technical defects before State Clearinghouse review: bounded PDF inspection, a source-cited declarative rule engine, and HTML/JSON/checklist advisory reports. It never submits, alters, or judges legal sufficiency; NOD/NOE rules are experimental.
Permit Bearings (prototype): check a California ADU, JADU, or SB 9 project against a deterministic matcher, see the cited sources, and take open questions to local staff. Static, no accounts; Google Analytics 4 page counts (GPC/DNT honoured, opt-out). Not an eligibility determination; the bilingual explanations are review-pending drafts.
MCP server for the Accela Civic Platform - safe-by-default, read-only out of the box, with opt-in write groups for records, inspections, documents, workflow, and payments. Encrypted token storage, dry-run writes, YAML kill-switch.
Pre Permit AI. Real time pre submission permit auditing using Google Cloud Gemini and Confluent.
Marine-permitting assistant: a waterfront homeowner describes a dock/seawall project once, and the consultant gets review-ready draft packets for county, state, and USACE, plus doc-chasing and client status updates. The software assembles; the consultant reviews and files.
