Migrates shared authentication and any Bus API publishing paths to the named TypeScript APIs in tc-core-library-js v4.0.0-rc.1. The shared verifier owns JWT cryptography and human/machine normalization; service-specific roles, scopes, resource permissions and delivery policies remain in the service.
Uses the immutable core release with an updated lockfile. See the migration guide and README for deployment configuration: audience-bound RSA tokens, strong HMAC secrets and v6 bus endpoints.
Validation: the project lint and build scripts pass after installing the released package with the project nvm version. Targeted authentication/event regression tests also pass.
This draft targets develop for development testing. Live Auth0/database/bus smoke tests require the deployment environment.
