私はエンジニアではありませんし、通常の教育もあまりちゃんと受けていません。
願わくばAIが、私のようなあまり知能に恵まれなかった人々の力になることを願っています。

AMD Ryzen系のNPUでReal-ESRGAN、Swin-IR、AdcSR等の超解像モデルを動かした際の測定・バグ回避・高速化の記録。未知のバグ（#397 / #398 / #402）を発見し、AMDに報告しています。
画像・動画をローカル動作で高画質化＋フレーム補間まで超簡単にGUIで行えるようにするWindowsアプリ。 エージェントフレンドリー。 GPU（DirectML / CUDA / Vulkan）と AMD Ryzen AI の NPU で動作。上記ノートにあるSwinIRとAdcSRがAMD NPUで動かせます。
Windows版Codexの画面フリーズ・内蔵ブラウザ消失・チャット送信不可・スケジュール喪失などの不具合からの復旧をサポートする非公式ツール。
Windows用動画再生プレーヤー。Windows標準の再生アプリのUXをなるべく変えないまま、指定秒数移動・コマ送り・フレーム保存（コピー）などの再生機能に対応しています。 また簡単な編集ツールも組み込んであり、他の編集アプリを開かずにトリミング・クロップ・回転・速度変更などが可能です。エージェントフレンドリー。
AIエージェントが使いやすいように作ったソフトに付けるマーク。基準・確かめ方・AGENTS.mdのひな形・バッジを置いています。
上記のTOGU SCALERとSILframeはこの基準で作っています。WTFPLライセンス。

I'm tomhda.
I'm from Japan and work at a small advertising agency.
Every product here was built by Codex, Claude Code and other AI tools.
I'm not an engineer, and I never really got much of a proper education.
My hope is that AI can become a real source of strength for people like me, who weren't blessed with much intelligence.

Notes from running super-resolution models such as Real-ESRGAN, SwinIR and AdcSR on AMD Ryzen AI NPUs: measurements, bug workarounds and speedups. I found previously unknown bugs (#397 / #398 / #402) and reported them to AMD.

An unofficial tool that helps you recover from problems in the Windows Codex app: frozen screens, the built-in browser disappearing, chats that won't send, lost schedules, and more.
A video player for Windows. It keeps the UX of the stock Windows player as intact as possible while adding playback features such as jumping by a set number of seconds, frame-by-frame stepping, and saving (or copying) the current frame. It also has simple editing tools built in, so you can trim, crop, rotate and change speed without opening another editing app. Agent-friendly.
