I am not sure whether to name it ignore Local Module.

@wreulicke starting the CLI from NewDefaultConfig() stops a user's ignoreSigs from replacing the defaults, so with ignoreSigs: [".Errorf("] wrapcheck still ignores errors.New. Could you rename the option to ignoreLocalModule, default it to false, and revert the main.go change?
